Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment for future appointments.
Deposit Policy
For certain services or new clients, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to your service total and are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
